Website Accessibility Journey

Accessibility on a website is crucial because it ensures that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can access and utilise the content and functionality.

Accessible design principles lead to an improved user experience for all, including but not limited to people with disability. Prioritising accessibility isn’t just an ethical choice for inclusion, it’s a smart and responsible approach that benefits both users and website owners.

We are dedicated to improving the accessibility of our platform and making it an integral part of our design and development process, striving to create a more inclusive and equitable online experience for all users.

To underscore our commitment to accessibility, we are sharing our  journey to enhance the inclusivity and tackle the accessibility challenges of our own website.

Recognising that there is room for improvement, we’ve initiated a comprehensive accessibility audit to identify existing barriers and areas needing attention.

This proactive step will guide our efforts in implementing vital changes, ensuring that our digital platform becomes an example for others, as well as more welcoming and usable for our core demographic, travellers with disability.

Below is a list of works we are currently undertaking or planning to undertake, as we transparently work towards a more accessible platform.

We also welcome any and all suggestions or requests through contact form at the end of this page.
