Levi is a round-the-year activity resort and the biggest ski resort in Finland. This unique Lappish ski resort in the Arctic is enticing holidaymakers with its nature, peacefulness, wide selection of activities, as well as the variety of services on offer in addition to great accommodation – and of course the fact that Lapland is easy to reach.
Levi Ski School offers adapted lessons for disabled skiers and snowboarders. The lessons are always private lessons, as this allows us to take into account that each student has individual needs and desires. Some students may require some aid in form of assistive skiing equipment while others will be happy just with the support and instructions by an instructor. Skiers who have problems with balance or poor muscle strength, may benefit from the support of skiing aids while wheelchair users, for example, will need to use a sledge. In sit-skiing classes, we will also happy to give guidance to parents or friends on how to assist sit-skiers.
