From www.qhotels.co.uk: Arrival At the Bridgewood Manor Hotel, you will find 170 parking spaces of which 4 are reserved for blue badge holders, 2 at the front of the hotels main entrance and 2 at the back of the hotel. There is also an area located directly outside the main entrance for dropping off and picking up only. An automatic door leads into the hotel. If you need assistance with luggage or equipment, our team of porters and concierge are on duty 24 hours. Reception The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. The reception desk is 103 cm high although check-in can also be completed whilst sitting in the lounge. The following accessible aids are available at Reception: ‚ Portable Induction Loop for use at Reception ‚ Large Button Phone ‚ Vibrating Pad to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm To the left of the main reception are the lifts to all floors for bedrooms. Bedrooms The Bridgewood Manor Hotel has 2 purpose built disabled rooms on the ground floor.Bedroom Inclusions:
- Interconnects to a double room¬†for use by a carer or children
- Twin or double bed combinations are available
- Transfer space and turning of at least 120cm either side of the bed
- Items of furniture can also be moved or removed on request.

- Two bedrooms have bathrooms that are designed with an accessible wheel-in shower / wall mounted drop down seat and appropriate grab rails.

In the event of an emergency a member of the team will assist with your evacuation if necessary. Fire evacuation advice is provided on the back of your bedroom door. Public areas There are no steps or slopes on the main corridors and public areas on the ground floor. All the restaurant, bar and lounge facilities at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel are located on the ground floor making them easily accessible. All lifts have audible enunciation in event of alarm and tactile buttons at standard height. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor off of the main lobby. Conference, Banqueting & Meeting Rooms Our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor and are fully accessible from Reception. Hearing loops are available upon request in advance. Lighting can be dimmed where required. Please notify your conference or banqueting manager for specific seating or staging requirements. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor off of the main lobby. Leisure Club and Spa The leisure club is located on the ground floor. A member of the leisure team will show you the facilities and assist with access to the swimming pool and spa. A dedicated accessible toilet and changing area is located within the leisure club, as well as a wheel in shower room with drop down seat and appropriate grab rails. Access to poolside is down 5 steps and our team are on hand to provide any assistance to the poolside. There are steps with a handrail into the shallow end of the pool. Outdoor Facilities The patio area can be accessed via three ground floor doors which is level and paved.
